To all the folks at Heart and Hand: Thank you for the wonderful care I received during the five weeks I was with you.
Every time I had to ring my bell to ask for help, I was greeted with cheerfulness and kindness. I noticed that you were not only pleasant to me, but to all the residents. Sometimes people who are aging can be difficult, but none of you ever showed signs of being irritated.
The meals were always a highlight of the day. Good food served with love. You should all be proud to be part of a team that provides excellent care.
